Apple could release an iPad with 128GB storage capacity.

(Relaxnews) – According to the 9to5Mac website, Apple could soon release a new 128GB iPad.

This latest rumor is based on analysis of the source code of the beta version of iOS 6.1, Apple’s future mobile operating system, which will, for the first time in the history of the mobile iOS, allow for 128GB devices for the first time.

According to 9To5 Mac, the release of a new 128GB iPad is imminent, and would incorporate no other major changes to the fourth-generation tablet which was released in November 2012. The tablet would therefore be available in a fourth model in addition to the classic 16, 32 and 64GB versions. So far, there is no suggestion as to what kind of pricing such a model would be given.
