(Relaxnews) – Adele’s new single “Hello” has notched up a new record in her native UK, becoming the biggest number one track in three years.

The song’s opening week saw it shift 333,000 copies, including 259,000 downloads and 7.32 million streams, Billboard reports, beating Justin Bieber’s record of 3.87million plays in one week with “What Do You Mean.”

In the UK, the track is the biggest-selling since “X Factor” star James Arthur released “Impossible” in December 2012, selling 490,000 copies.

Adele’s long-awaited third album “25” is due for release on November 20.
