(Relaxnews) – The “Star Trek” actor has been snapped up as the latest face of the Armani Code fragrance.

Chris Pine will appear in a new advertising campaign for the scent set to appear this spring. In fact, the actor was picked out by the designer himself:

“Chris perfectly embodies the brand’s spirit with his strong charisma and natural elegance,” said Giorgio Armani. “Besides revealing great talent, high versatility and the right amount of irony on set, his magnetic charm makes him the ideal match for this fragrance,” he added.

Pine’s cinematic self is currently appearing in “Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit,” while his corporeal form is currently shooting “Z for Zachariah” opposite Academy Award nominee Chiwetel Ejiofor.
