(Relaxnews) – According to the Projection List, a website specializing in the official release dates of movie trailers and teasers, Warner plans to reveal the first official footage from “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” on February 6 with its sci-fi movie “Jupiter Ascending.”

The website adds that the preview in question will actually be a “teaser-trailer,” indicating that like the first video released from “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” it will be fairly short and is unlikely to disclose many plot details.

“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” which recently finished shooting, is set for release on March 25, 2016 in the US. Directed by Zack Snyder, this sequel to “Man of Steel” will feature Ben Affleck (Batman), Henry Cavill (Superman) and Amy Adams (Lois Lane), among others.

Over several weeks last summer, an unofficial first look at the feature circulated online following a screening at Comic-Con in San Diego in late July.
