(Relaxnews) – The famous designer’s casual label has unveiled its new timepieces for the Spring-Summer 2014 season, including men’s watches with a vintage, military-inspired style and refined women’s watches in pastel hues.

The crown jewel in this latest collection is the “Henry Skeleton Gradient,” a watch whose originality resides in the translucent nylon material used to make it. Available in several pastel colors (pink, blue, aqua), the watch presents a gradient of colors from the casing to the clasp, so that parts of the watch are virtually transparent. Its open skeleton dial features the “Marc by Marc Jacobs” logo silhouetted in steel.

The brand’s women’s watch collection will also see the return of the classic “Molly” design, inspired directly by Marc by Marc Jacobs’ bags.

For men, the brand is offering relaxed yet chic timepieces inspired by vintage designs and military style, such as the “Larry,” available with a brushed leather strap, or the “Danny” and the “Jimmy,” both in steel with colorful dials. All of the men’s watches feature round casings, luminescent hands and chronograph counters.

The timepieces in the 2014 Spring-Summer collection from Marc by Marc Jacobs are all based on a Japanese quartz movement and will be available from March 2014.
